Deep Aikido
Join us for a 10-week study in Breathing, Balance, Movement, and Personal Mastery

Description: Drawing on the principles of the art of Aikido, this 10-week study offers training and experience in:

  • Optimal breathing and balance in movement
  • Personal leadership and mastery through the exploration of Aikido philosophy, concepts, and somatic methods of embodiment
  • Buki training, including safe solo and partner exercises with the jo (wooden short staff) and bokken (wooden sword)

Deep Aikido is a course designed to thoroughly study the esoteric elements found in aikido practice.
